Martin's Into

Hello readers! My name is Martin Ramirez. I am a student at WCC of course. I am a running start student, and I decided to do running start because I was just fed up with all the lame drama that inevitably comes with high school. I felt that I would be more capable to discover my full potential in an environment where people went to school because they truly wanted to better themselves and make something of their lives, rather than just because they had to. So far it has been going great, except for one minor error on my behalf. I decided that I would have a very long break in between my classes so that I could have a study break or a lunch break. The reason that backfired was because I’m at school from nine-thirty to four and I usually work from four-thirty to nine-thirty, thus giving me no free time to do much besides school work and work. Also a little fun fact for all of you reading this, I am a runner and I enjoy a lot of physical exercise which a lot of people find weird. I enjoy running so much that I actually just started training for the Bellingham Marathon coming up in September! I guess in a sense I am a bit crazy wanting to run twenty-two point two miles under 3 hours but, hey no ones stopping me. I am an animal lover! I have two male Chihuahua’s. Luigi is the oldest; he will be nine months old on the twenty-third, and Mufasa, the younger one just turned five months old on the first of this month. I also have a green iguana named Otto, although I am not sure if he is a male or female. Those are just my pets so I wont go on and on about the other animals residing at my house. Since I have such a passionate love for animals I decided to become a veterinarian at the age of six and I am still on the path to achieving my dream. I do have other interests though such as road biking, wakeboarding, and hiking. Well I think that is enough about me, I don’t want to bore you to death!

As far as writing goes, I went four months without a text, so Facebook was pretty much the only writing I did. Now that I have my phone though, I text a lot! I mean come one, I have four months of my life to catch up on!
