Edweena's Introduction~

Hello, my name is Edweena Harris. I was born in Seattle --moved to my moms hometown on Maui, then moved here to Bellingham about two and a half years ago. I'm a very nice person, but I'm usually shy and dislike talking about myself. I'm a better listener than speaker. This is my first quarter at WCC and I'm here to obtain a certificate in Medical Assisting. In my spare time I read sheet music for the piano I don't have. Maybe someday I'll have enough money to buy a pretty one.

I do most of my writing on MSN messenger. I use it almost everyday to talk to my friends who reside on Maui and those who have moved to other states. Its a lot quicker than snail mail and I can do it from my laptop or cell phone. I really miss them so it makes me feel better when I hear from them. Unfortunately it does get distracting when I get on the computer hoping to do homework. I can't resist its chiming call! Without it I would be a little lonely. I love my new friends but nothing could replace the bonds I have with my old ones.
